We’ve already won over 300 clients, including McDonald’s, PayPal, and the NHS, and are on a growth journey. Our head office is in Barcelona and a portion of our team is based in the UK. As of June 2025, Hastee is part of Zellis Group, a leading provider of AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll and benefits solutions. RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at an incredibly exciting stage in our journey. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of how Hastee is positioned in the market, sold to enterprise customers, and adopted by employees. For the right candidate, there is a clear career path to become Head of Marketing within the next 2–3 years. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, define how we position Hastee’s solutions, build sales enablement tools for our commercial teams, and deliver client and employee communications that drive adoption and impact. You’ll also work closely with the Zellis marketing team to ensure Hastee is represented in wider Group campaigns. You’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire (a Marketing Manager is based in Barcelona), reporting directly to Hastee’s COO with a dotted line to the Zellis Director of Brand & Product Marketing. This role is primarily home-based with weekly travel to London (Euston) for internal meetings, and occasional travel to Barcelona. There are regular team meetings across Peterborough and Watford offices as part of the Zellis Group.
Responsibilities
Own Hastee’s product positioning across all features, with clear articulation of business outcomes for employers and financial wellbeing outcomes for employees. Develop B2B messaging to improve sales conversion and client buy-in. Develop B2C messaging to drive app adoption and usage (collaborating with the Barcelona-based Marketing Manager). Create and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides). Train Hastee and Zellis Group sales teams on messaging and competitive positioning. Partner with customer success teams to ensure impact stories flow into sales assets.
Go-to-market strategy & launch
Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products and releases, working with product, service and brand teams. Develop launch timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor launch performance and iterate strategies based on market feedback. Own B2B2C client lifecycle marketing: launch communications, quarterly campaign packs, and customised communications for enterprise clients. Oversee Spanish campaign localisation (executed by the Marketing Manager).
Zellis Group alignment & advocacy
Ensure Hastee is embedded in Zellis Group marketing campaigns and collateral. Build awareness of the Hastee brand within Zellis, especially among sales teams.
Analytics & insights
Define KPIs for marketing campaigns and sales enablement effectiveness. Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure adoption and impact data feed into marketing outputs.
Skills & experience
Demonstrable experience within product marketing (5+ years), preferably within SaaS, HR tech or FinTech. Experience in both start-up/scale-up environments and more established businesses is a plus. A curious and ambitious mindset, with the desire to grow into a Head of Marketing role within 2–3 years. A balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. A strong communicator and storyteller who can distil complex features into business impact. Proven track record of building sales enablement tools and improving win rates. Experience running client lifecycle or B2B2C campaigns. Comfortable working cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Customer Success). Analytical mindset – able to interpret adoption and performance data. Resilient, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a scale-up environment within a larger Group.
