Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate will successfully deliver sales and channel enablement programs to our partners.

  • Exceptional Communication & Storytelling Skills You can transform complex product details into compelling sales narratives. You understand how to align messaging to customer pain points, value drivers, and business outcomes.
  • Sales Process Fluency You understand how sales teams operate from discovery to close. You can translate marketing materials and product updates into practical, deal-driving content that empowers sellers to win. You have proven experience building enablement programs that increased sales effectiveness or accelerated onboarding time.
  • Training & Enablement Expertise You have experience building onboarding programs, certification paths, playbooks, and learning content that improve confidence, consistency, and quota attainment across global sales teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration You can work effectively with product marketing, sales, product management, and customer success to deliver cohesive enablement experiences that reflect our go-to-market priorities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset You think like a seller but speak like a customer. You constantly ask, “What do our customers need to understand, and how can we make it easier for sellers to show that CoreView delivers it?” You will leverage your background in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company to achieve this.
  • Analytical & Continuous Improvement Focus You are driven by metrics. You want to measure adoption, engagement, and performance uplift to continuously optimize enablement content and delivery.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and the SaaS security landscape, and you are comfortable learning the technical fundamentals of our platform to ensure accurate, trusted enablement content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Planning Work with the Senior Director of Product Marketing to define the enablement roadmap, aligning it to business priorities, pipeline challenges, and evolving go-to-market plays.
  • Content Development & Delivery Create and maintain high-impact assets such as sales decks, one-pagers, playbooks, competitive battlecards, and demo scripts designed for clarity, consistency, and conversion.
  • Sales Onboarding & Continuous Learning Own and evolve onboarding programs for new sales hires. Develop role-based enablement paths, microlearning content, and certification tracks to keep reps current on messaging, product, and process.
  • Product Launch Enablement Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure every launch is supported by clear messaging, FAQs, talk tracks, and objection-handling guidance tailored for sales and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitors and market shifts, distilling insights into actionable intelligence that empowers sellers to differentiate effectively in customer conversations.
  • Help optimize and manage the enablement tech stack including content repositories, LMS platforms, and CRM integrations, ensuring materials are up to date and easy to access.
  • Performance Measurement Track enablement program adoption, sales readiness, and performance metrics to prove impact and inform future improvements.
