About The Team

:The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, and multiple US locations. The Product Marketing Intern will be joining our Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) Team in London. This highly organised and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritising the needs of the team. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and take initiative will be paramount. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in media and/or digital performance marketing. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to analyze product functionality, performance trends and test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies - Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product release timelines with sales teams - Support the team in building materials to improve product knowledge and accelerate product adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-facing marketing materials and playbooks - Perform analysis to uncover opportunities and best practices - Synthesise market insights and collaborate with the team to identify solutions - Create reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, trends, and identify optimization opportunities for our business customers

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently enrolled in a Masters degree - Previous internship experiences in media sales and/or performance marketing preferred - Great customer service skills with experience working with both internal and external partners/customers - Strong operations and project management skills with the ability to define process improvements - Data collection and synthesis of that data into reports - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
