Your role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager with a focus on financial services to join our dynamic team. Working as a member of our Corporate Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring collaboration on, and delivery of, Global Relay’s marketing strategy. You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive the adoption and success of our products and solutions. Your responsibilities:

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and others, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Create marketing plans, campaigns, and sales enablement materials to support product launches with effective positioning and messaging.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop sales enablement tools such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, website content, sales guides, battlecards, and FAQs to empower the sales team.
- Customer Success: Work with the customer success team to gather feedback, success stories, and testimonials. Use insights to refine product messaging and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define KPIs and track campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements. Analyze customer feedback, industry reports, and market data to inform strategy.
About you:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in financial services with a focus on compliance or technology.
- At least 5-6 years in marketing management roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B financial services marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to develop impactful marketing collateral, including product materials, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
- Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption.
- Experience collaborating with departments like product management, IT, and sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced environment with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and business objectives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
