The role will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the AWMS Product Marketing team, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to quality and meeting deadlines is essential to ensure the delivery of best-in-class marketing assets.Essential DutiesContent Development & Version ManagementLead the creation and ongoing maintenance of high-impact product marketing materials including fund webpages, presentations, fact sheets, emails, videos, and quarterly letters, while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand.Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance, and where necessary, external counsel, to ensure all product marketing materials meet local regulatory requirements.Manage translations of all associated product materials, liaising directly with local agencies and local-language business partners to ensure accurate transcreation of messaging.Strategic ExecutionSupport the International Marketing team with the development and delivery of product marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives that align with core business objectives, to build awareness, deepen relationships, ensure quality client servicing, and support sales to scale the AWMS platform in the region.Product Launch Marketing PlanLeverage established processes from the Product Marketing team to develop, own, and execute a robust and repeatable international product-launch marketing plan, in collaboration with key stakeholders including AWMS Sales, Product Development, IR, Product Management, Compliance, and Legal teams.Strategic Partnership And PlatformsSupport channel marketing with the management and monitoring of AWMS product data and messaging across all international third-party product platforms.Cross-Functional AlignmentServe as a central partner to Product Management, Sales, Investor Relations, Compliance, AWMS Leadership, Design, and broader Marketing to streamline messaging and deliver cohesive, high-quality outputRequired SkillsInvestment knowledge and storytelling expertise requiredExceptional project management skills; detail-oriented and willing to roll up your sleeves and executeFlexible, responsive, and customer-focused to deal with changing priorities, meet deadlines, and build customer confidenceAbility to handle a busy workflow with composure and competence is essentialStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the competitive environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple internal and external clients, vendors, and marketing team members on a daily basisB2B marketing experience, including direct contact with the salesforce and in-depth knowledge of the sales process, requiredDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointRequired Education And Experience2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or similar functionRequires a bachelor’s degreeFinancial Services Industry experience preferredFamiliarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience working with compliance and regulatory guidance to ensure compliant collateral is preferredExperience with project management systems and software is a plusReporting RelationshipsPrincipal, Head of International Marketing & Branding
