This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and strategies that drive demand, adoption, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong market impact.Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of the product.Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights to refine product marketing strategies and drive customer advocacy.Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives.Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.At Deel, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics.We will provide accommodation on request throughout the recruitment, selection and assessment process for applicants with disabilities.
