PPC Specialist

HappyCrown Limited is a fast-growing gaming commerce company building platforms where players can buy, sell, and trade in-game items. Our main store Bloxcart is already live, and we’re preparing to launch additional gaming marketplaces that will expand our reach to players worldwide.

We’re looking for a skilled Mid to Senior PPC Specialist who can take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy and help us bring more customers to our stores through consistent, data-driven improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Discovery
  • Take full responsibility for PPC performance and customer acquisition results
  • Work with Converge and other tracking tools to improve conversion tracking, data accuracy and reporting
  • Launch and test campaigns for new game titles with smaller budgets, evaluate early results, judge ROI and decide when to scale or pause
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to guide budgets, targeting and creative direction
  • Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate and ROAS
  • Provide clear, actionable reports and ongoing optimisation recommendations

What we expect

  • Strong hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • Ability to optimise for both growth and profitabilitySolid understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies and attribution
  • Experience with Converge, Google Analytics and Excel or Sheets
  • Independent working style and the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
  • English level B2 or higher

Salary range: 30,000 to 40,000 GBP per year.
