OverviewPepsiCo UK is building a new marketing capability to transform the way we integrate with our Sales and Commercial partners. As part of the Portfolio Marketing team, your role will be as an Analyst focused on launching our biggest brand campaigns and events in partnership with sales. This role is key in driving executional excellence by transforming cross-functional ways of working and bringing commercial integration between Marketing and our Commercial teams. The team will act as the primary Marketing touchpoint between Sales, Execution, and the Perfect Store team.This new function has been identified as a business priority, offering you the opportunity to help shape and drive it. In addition to partnering cross-functionally to clarify and integrate marketing priorities and campaigns, you will lead the tracking, analysis, and monitoring of our brand execution, a crucial component in driving growth within our global strategic framework. Finally, you will be the marketing on-point for coordination and planning with our Beverages business for key moments in 2026.This role will sit within Portfolio Marketing, PepsiCo UK’s newest team focusing on landing our core portfolio across our biggest annual moments.ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing 2026 Priorities, Coordination, and Calendar ManagementDrive clarity, prioritisation, and coordination behind the deployment of our marketing calendar, including major seasonal moments & events such as Halloween (‘25 & ‘26), Christmas (’25 & ’26), and the 2026 World Cup.Coordinate across multiple Marketing teams to ensure optimal deployment of our portfolio & execution strategy to enhance consumer penetration & frequency at these key moments.Establish tracking & monitoring of our execution performance, coordinating inputs & actions to meet KPIs.Portfolio Strategy Analysis & SupportConduct monthly data analysis & reporting for internal planning forums, engaging with brand teams for inputs & actions.Support performance tracking & analysis across the Other Savoury segment (e.g., That’s Nuts), which is vital for PepsiCo’s future growth.Assist in data gathering & analytics to develop and deploy the broader portfolio strategy playbook.PepsiCo Snacks & Beverages CoordinationEnsure close coordination between Snacks and Beverages teams across all portfolio executions, especially during key moments like the World Cup.This role will involve travel to London.QualificationsInsight & Analytical skills – confident in data and financial analysisPrevious FMCG experience – commercial or related experience preferredExcellent cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management skillsProject management experience, managing multiple prioritiesStrong understanding of PEP business & ecosystemsExcellence in executionSalary and Benefits:Competitive SalaryCompany mobile and tabletFlexible benefits package25 days holiday (buy or sell options) + bank holidaysExtensive pension schemeOpportunitiesPepsiCo offers endless opportunities for growth and progression.
