Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll work in a small, elite team managing high-volume campaigns across mainstream and alternative ad networks.Key responsibilities include:Full end-to-end ownership of performance channels, from strategy to executionHands-on campaign management across paid channels, including ad networks and platforms like Google, Meta, and InstagramDeep dive into analytics, subscription models, and LTV modelling to maximise ROIRunning A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and channelsPresenting actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performanceYour skills and experienceSignificant experience in performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2C environmentProven success directly managing large paid marketing budgets of £500k+ ideallyHands-on operator, not just strategic — confident running campaigns end-to-endStrong Google Analytics experience, using data to optimise campaigns and inform decision-makingComfortable scaling campaigns rapidly while maintaining efficiencyExperience working in a subscription-driven or high-volume user acquisition model is highly desirableStart-up or scale-up background strongly preferredWhy JoinExponential Growth: Aiming to hit 100m+ users in next yearCutting-Edge AI: Shape the future of consumer AI engagementElite Team: Work alongside talent from leading tech companiesGlobal Impact: Fully remote, working with a team spread worldwide
