Ready to take your performance marketing career to the next level? Usay Compare is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager. Location: Remote (2 days per month required in one of our 6 UK offices). Salary: £60,000 basic salary. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

About the Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Usay Compare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition efforts and drive high-quality lead generation across paid channels. Key Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Strategy: Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, Native, PMAX, and third-party lead partners.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor the in-house digital team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Optimise for Results: Drive CRO initiatives to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with lead generation and affiliate partners to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Analyse & Innovate: Use data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement impactful projects.
• Report & Influence: Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership through clear, data-backed reporting.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in performance/digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
• Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and user journey optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
