Performance Marketer — London / Remote — Up to £90,000 + Bonus

Are you a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving user acquisition? This fast-growing tech scale-up is looking for someone to take ownership of key channels, optimise acquisition funnels, and contribute to their ambitious growth journey.

THE ROLE

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of one or more paid acquisition channels, optimising and scaling activity
• Run rapid creative and funnel testing to improve CAC and LTV
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, using tools such as GA4, Voluum and dashboards
• Collaborate with product and content teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and campaigns
• Build strong partnerships with media vendors and explore new opportunities to drive growth

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4–10+ years’ experience in performance marketing/user acquisition
• Proven ability to manage significant paid media budgets ($500k–$1m+ monthly)
• Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with fluency in tracking and attribution tools
• Creative instincts, able to brief and test high-performing ads at speed
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
