We are seeking a commercially minded Performance & Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth and strengthen our position as a leader in B2B travel events. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, audience growth, and brand awareness across global markets, with a strong focus on launching new products and services and expanding into new target markets.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, target-driven, and confident, with proven expertise in digital channels and a passion for scaling campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Additionally, you'll:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan, deliver, and optimise paid media campaigns (including social and search) to drive qualified leads, expand our universe and enable future growth
- Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and CPL efficiency.
Website & Digital Platforms
- Oversee key website projects including new landing pages, content hubs, and navigation updates, ensuring best practice in SEO, UX, CRO, and AI-driven optimisation.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site performance, engagement, and lead capture.
SEO, AI & Content Optimisation
- Define and execute SEO/AI-powered content optimisation strategies, working closely with the content and design teams.
- Monitor keyword performance and implement strategies to boost organic visibility in target markets.
Brand & Creative Campaigns
- Develop and deliver brand-led campaigns that elevate awareness and position the company as a market leader in luxury travel events.
- Create innovative campaign concepts and digital assets tailored to global audiences.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, market mapping, and customer insight analysis to inform marketing strategy and product launches.
- Lead the design and execution of industry surveys or reports to strengthen thought leadership positioning.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use and advise on new analytics tools to measure, report, and optimise campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the wider team to support business growth.
- Evaluate and introduce new performance tracking tools where beneficial.
Skills & Experience
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience managing paid media, SEO/SEM, display, and email campaigns in a B2B or events environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimise campaigns against performance goals.
- Growth Marketing Experience: Experience launching new products or entering new international markets is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and web analytics.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance data-driven decisions with creative campaign development.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, operational and creative teams.
- Up to Date: Knowledge of digital trends, AI in marketing, and evolving B2B demand generation best practices.
