£60-£70k + Bonus


About the Business

We are working with a FTSE 250 listed firm who are looking to hire a Head of Marketing into their dynamic London team. They are home to a whole host of creative businesses and fast-growing SME brands, and as a result they need a Performance Marketer to better target these potential customers.


The Performance Marketing Lead will lead acquisition across paid channels, CRO, and SEO, reporting into the Head of Marketing and managing a growing team. It’s a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll architect digital performance from the ground up.


The Performance Marketing Lead will…

– Own and optimise the entire digital acquisition funnel, from click to conversion

– Deliver high-ROI campaigns across PPC, paid social, and SEO with agency support

– Drive the CRO roadmap: run A/B tests, improve landing page performance, and streamline UX

– Collaborate across Sales, Enquiries, and Tech teams to align strategy with revenue goals

– Report to senior stakeholders with data-led insights and forward-looking recommendations


The Performance Marketing Lead will need…

– Proven experience in digital acquisition (in-house or agency) with measurable success

– Strong experience in paid media, performance tracking, and digital tools (GA, SEMrush, etc.)

– Strong grasp of CRO principles and experience improving web journeys

– Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver under pressure

– A collaborative mindset with team management or mentorship experience
