Performance Marketing Lead
3 Days a week in the office, 2 from home
I am working with a DTC supplement business that uses science and natural agents to promote health and longevity.
Due to growth, they are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive the acquisition strategy across global markets. This is a strategic customer acquisition role, with day-to-day execution supported by a dedicated offshore team managing Meta advertising, influencer partnerships, Google Ads, and SEO. The brand is also onboarding a TikTok agency to accelerate growth on this emerging platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale Meta advertising in collaboration with our paid media specialist—optimizing campaigns for a strong CPA:LTV ratio and leveraging advanced targeting strategies to reach our ideal customer demographic
- Work with our Influencer & Partnerships Manager to set strategic direction for brand growth through collaborations in health and wellness
- Oversee creative agencies, ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-brand content that resonates and drives acquisition
- Collaborate with our Head of Search to optimize landing pages and advertorials for higher conversion rates and ad spend efficiency
- Lead our TikTok Shop agency relationship, ensuring performance and brand consistency
- Work with our Meta manager to A/B test landing pages using Replo, continuously improving conversion rates and funnel performance
Ideal Experience:
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, especially in scaling direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands
- Deep expertise in Meta advertising, with hands-on experience in profitable campaign scaling across segments
- Passion for DTC marketing and curiosity for testing channels like TikTok, influencers, and affiliate partnerships
- Experience managing paid media, landing pages, and CRO across the customer acquisition funnel
- Highly analytical, data-driven, with strong skills in attribution, incrementality, and LTV:CAC
