This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Marketing Lead to cover a maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of paid media activity, delivering effective and data-driven campaigns across PPC, display, paid social, and offline channels. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, ensuring that marketing activity achieves growth objectives while remaining compliant with regulatory standards.What you’ll be doing…Lead the planning, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across PPC, display, and paid social.Manage offline campaigns, including inserts, Direct Mail, and print advertising.Propose and monitor the annual paid media budget to maximise ROI and meet sales targets.Drive lead generation by optimising campaigns for quality, volume, and performance.Collaborate with creative partners to produce engaging landing pages and test variants.Analyse data and performance to identify areas for improvement.Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.Work closely with the wider marketing team to align with the annual marketing plan.What we’re looking for…3–4 years’ experience in a performance marketing role.Proven expertise in managing PPC accounts (Google Ads and Bing Ads essential).Strong experience in paid social media campaign management.Knowledge of Google Analytics (preferred).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and levels.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop.Team player with the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel.Please note Please note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
