We operate across the UK, EU, UAE, and other international markets — combining science-led products with a luxury wellness experience.We’re looking for a part-time Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant to help manage, optimise, and grow our email marketing operations across our global ecommerce platforms.Role OverviewYou’ll be responsible for managing customer communications through Klaviyo, ensuring our email flows, campaigns, and customer responses are on-brand, timely, and effective.You’ll collaborate closely with our growth and ecommerce teams to maintain a seamless customer experience and support ongoing retention initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Klaviyo inbox and email replies from automated flows (e.g. welcome series, post-purchase, win-back).Build and schedule email campaigns based on provided copy and templates.Assist in maintaining and updating segmentation and automations (flows, triggers, lists).Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).Ensure tone, grammar, and formatting are consistent with the Charava brand voice.Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to improve campaign timing, deliverability, and personalisation.RequirementsExperience using Klaviyo (essential).Excellent written English with a strong grasp of tone and detail.Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce environments preferred.Basic understanding of segmentation, flows, and A/B testing.Highly organised, proactive, and responsive.Available for part-time, flexible hours each week.What We OfferCompetitive part-time rate based on experience.Flexible working hours (remote-friendly).Opportunity to work with a growing global wellness brand.Long-term potential for expansion into broader digital marketing responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
