OverviewPaid Media Marketing Analyst - Central London - £50,000 to £60,000 + BonusAre you an experienced analyst looking to take on a global remit in a fast-paced, high-growth sector? This role offers the chance to work at the heart of the iGaming and online gambling industry, where you'll analyse campaigns across digital and offline channels, shaping strategies that reach audiences worldwide. You'll be part of a collaborative Marketing Data & Analytics team, providing actionable insight to marketing and product stakeholders.Benefits£50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home), 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), up to 10% discretionary performance bonus, private healthcare, life insurance, and pension scheme.What you'll be doingAnalyse campaign data from multiple sources including paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, CRM and ATL channels such as TV, radio, sponsorship and VODDesign and deliver marketing analysis briefs for digital, product, ATL and country-specific teams, translating results into actionable recommendationsApply testing methodologies to measure success across the acquisition funnel and loyalty programmesUse attribution modelling and media mix modelling to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and inform future strategyBuild detailed customer profiles and audience segments to enable better targeting and stronger retention strategiesSpot optimisation opportunities by consolidating data into single, consumable reports and identifying actionable insightsSupport forecasting and budget planning with senior marketing stakeholders across global marketsChallenge and review external agency reports to ensure robust findings and improved future campaign performanceKeep up to date with industry trends and new approaches in analytics, ensuring best practice across the teamWhat you'll bringAt least three to five years' experience in a marketing analysis, paid media or data-driven role, either agency-side or client-side in a high-volume digital-first businessStrong knowledge of both digital performance and ATL marketing channels, and how they work together to drive acquisition and retentionProven track record of working with complex data sets across multiple geographies, analysing results and presenting insights that impact decision-makingExperience with attribution and measurement models such as media mix modelling and multi-channel attributionSolid understanding of marketing metrics including acquisition, retention, LTV and campaign performanceAdvanced analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret data and build clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, able to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarityA proactive, detail-oriented approach with confidence in managing multiple projects and stakeholders across international teamsFamiliarity with the iGaming sector is desirable, but not essentialIf you're looking for the opportunity to apply your analytical expertise across global campaigns and want to play a key role in driving smarter marketing decisions, this role could be the perfect next step.Interested?
