B2B Focus, £28k-£35k - Agency-side, LnkedIn ads, Google ads.London / Hybrid (2 days per week) An award winning digital marketing agency is looking to recruit a Paid Media Executive with 13 years agency-side experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in paid media who can hit the ground running, managing campaigns with confidence from day one, while still having plenty of scope for learning, development, and long term progression within the agency. The Role As a Paid Media Executive you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns for a range of B2B clients. Youll take ownership of certain accounts and campaigns, ensuring delivery of measurable results, while also benefiting from ongoing support, mentorship and exposure to more complex projects. The role offers a great balance of autonomy and development, ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns, with a particular focus on LnkedIn Ads and Google Ads

Take ownership of client campaigns, managing budgets and performance independently where appropriate

Carry out keyword research, audience targeting and ad copy creation

Monitor campaign performance, producing regular reports with actionable recommendations

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and best practices in PPC and paid social

About You 13 years experience, in paid media and ideally within an agency-side environment but not essential.

Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns

Hands on experience with LnkedIn Ads and Google Ads is essential

Confident enough to manage campaigns independently while still open to support and guidance

Excellent communication skills, able to explain performance and recommendations clearly

Ambitious and motivated, with plenty of scope to learn and grow in the role
