Territory Manager

to cover the

South Thames region . This is a highly successful territory that is already performing above budget, with a strong pipeline and exciting growth potential. The Role

Manage a portfolio focused on

limb reconstruction and fracture management , including market-leading technologies in external fixation, limb lengthening, and revision arthroplasty.

Build and develop strong relationships with leading surgeons and healthcare professionals across key centres in London and the South East.

Provide hands-on support in theatre, guiding complex cases and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Drive commercial success in a competitive environment, identifying new opportunities and maximising territory performance.

Package & Rewards

Basic salary:

£45,000

£55,000

Bonus structure:

£19,000

£25,000 OTE, paid monthly with achievable thresholds and uncapped overachievement potential.

Additional commission:

Up to 15% year-end commission based on territory and national performance.

Car allowance:

£800 per month

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in

orthopaedic medical devices

is desirable, but not essential.

Passionate about supporting complex surgical cases and improving patient outcomes.

Strong commercial drive

self-motivated, competitive, and resilient.

Excellent relationship builder with a consultative sales style.

Additional Details

Field-based role with daily theatre presence.

Some flexibility required
