Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
Please note that this is a technical production role, so someone seeking a strategic digital marketing role may not be the ideal fit. Additionally, fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.
As an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless customer journeys across multiple platforms. Working closely with brand, digital, and IT teams, you will oversee campaign execution, technology integrations, and data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and support key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution aligned with brand strategies, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Act as the central point of contact between strategists, brand teams, creative agencies, and vendors to facilitate efficient planning, production, and deployment of marketing assets.
- Manage and optimise workflows, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects, leveraging Agile practices to improve speed and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements in production, using data insights and emerging technologies to refine marketing operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing operations and omnichannel campaign management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Proven project management skills, including resource coordination, budget tracking, and delivery across digital platforms and tools (experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, and SFMC is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex processes with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in high-energy environments, prioritise multiple tasks, adopt Agile methodologies, and use marketing data for informed decision-making.
