We’re looking for someone proactive and motivated to support our New Homes team helping our customers to move into their dream home.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our experienced team within a leading Letting and Estate Agency, based at our flagship Reading office, and part of a wider team encompassing Michael Hardy Estate Agents in Wokingham and Crowthorne and Foxtons in London.Our vision is to be the best estate agency services business and to achieve this we aim to provide the very best customer experience at all times. You will help us achieve this through great customer service and problem solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSite set-up including management of the due diligence process and procurement of all required information ready for marketing the developmentManaging the listing of properties on our CRM systemAssisting (including updating and reconciling) with sales ledgers, invoices and forecastsTimely updating of the New Homes department quick reference ‘crib’ sheetProduction of client and customer letters, such as instruction letters, sales memos and lettersSetting up and maintaining accurate and fresh details on our CRM systemProcuring and processing all appropriate documentation (e.g. AML, scaled plans, title docs, ID)Procuring marketing collateral (e.g. photos) and creating sales detailsTo abide by and help police the department’s compliance with policies and procedures of the Company, and, where appropriate, those of our clients (e.g New Homes Quality Code)Proactively identify gaps in processes and procedures and propose the appropriate mitigation to your line managerWorking patternMonday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pmFriday 8:30am to 5pmIdeal qualification and person requirementsExcellent written and verbal communicationForward thinking with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and clientsExcellent attention to detailConfident in dealing with a vast array of clients in a professional mannerPrevious experience in New Homes desirableOur customers, employees and community are all incredibly important to us, and we aim to provide a great working environment that enables people to thrive and be recognised and rewarded on merit.What's in it for you?We encourage employee reward, development and training and provide benefits including:Competitive basic salary depending on experienceFurther increase your earnings through cross selling, customer service reviews and recruitment incentivesOption of hybrid working if desired.
