Futures are delighted to be partnering with an impressive FMCG business who are well-known in the market for their fun, innovative product range. They have exciting new product development plans over the coming months, so it couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the business.

This business has been established for 50+ years, supply throughout UK, Europe and the Far East and Middle East, and they have experienced excellent growth over the past few years, with a current turnover of £40m and a team of roughly 120 employees.

We’re looking for an organised, creative, and proactive Marketing & Studio Assistant to join a fast-moving FMCG team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same you’ll provide vital support to both the marketing function and the in-house studio, ensuring campaigns and creative projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Assist with the creation and adaptation of marketing assets across print, digital, and social media
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate projects
• Manage the organisation of marketing collateral and product samples
• Provide administrative and studio support, ensuring artwork is correctly briefed, checked, and delivered
• Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and communications

About you

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator/Artworker or in a similar design role
• Experience working within the FMCG industry or within a manufacturing business
• Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Confident using design and office software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office)
• Creative flair and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
