Arrange virtual staging as needed.* Flyer Creation and Printing (Spec Flyers, Price Sheets, Included Feature Sheets, Community Maps, and any other collateral as needed)* Assist in coordination with third party vendors including signage companies, digital advertising consultants, and model maintenance services.* Work in coordination with National Design team for design of Model Home/New community exterior signage and interior graphics and coordinate install.* Provide ongoing community presentation audit/assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.* Event planning, coordinating, and executing for grand openings, consumers and real estate agents.* Evaluate community traffic, inventory, and overall sales to tailor marketing and advertising needs for each community.* Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.* In addition to the specified responsibilities, this role may require the individual to undertake other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment ready to adapt/pivot as priorities evolve.* Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* 2+ years of experience creating, developing, managing, and analyzing public facing websites and webpages in a marketing environment.* Experience with Social Media a plus.* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a background in writing* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and work on multiple projects while functioning as part of a cooperative team.* Experience with email marketing (HubSpot) and website management.* Graphic design experience a plus.* Candidate must be proficient or have working knowledge of: Canva, Social Media, Google Analytics.This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.*Arbor Homes is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
