Above all, they ensure a bespoke and cost-effective recruitment experience, delivered by a team of expert consultants.About the roleAs a Marketing Specialist, your focus will be to support the company’s marketing plans and promote their industry-leading services using an innovative approach to recruitment and human resource activities. Previous experience in a marketing function is preferred; however, training and development will be provided.In conjunction with the Marketing Director, the role of Marketing Specialist will include:Developing engaging marketing campaigns to promote the company to an international clientele and job seekers worldwideIdentifying the best channels to reach target audiences through various media and marketing initiativesReviewing multiple media to identify potential customers and understanding their needs, interests, and habitsImplementing marketing plans by creating presentation materials, videos, and promotional piecesSupporting the sales team with campaign materials for trade shows and other activitiesCreating and maintaining an online presence through the company’s website, blogs, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TwitterAnalyzing data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvementCollaborating with external suppliers on website development, marketing tools, and trade exhibitionsMaintaining the company’s data and internal databases as neededAttending international exhibitions and client meetings as requiredAbout youTo succeed as a Marketing Specialist, you should be:Articulate, proactive, and capable of multitaskingAnalytical and detail-oriented, working to high standardsAn excellent communicator at all levelsCapable of working independently with minimal supervisionOrganized, with strong planning and time management skillsAmbitious and eager to expand responsibilitiesRewardsThe role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as early finish on Fridays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
