Our European headquarters are located in Maastricht, The Netherlands, and we maintain a strong focus on diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning.OverviewMarketing & Sales Administrative Assistant – UKJoin us in creating innovative medical devices that improve lives and build a culture of teamwork, commitment, and excellence.Summary of DutiesThe successful candidate will perform various administrative or secretarial tasks as an assistant to the UK region, supporting both marketing and sales teams.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides daily administrative support to both the marketing and sales teams.Supports the marketing and sales teams in organising meetings and company events on and off site.Coordinates logistics for team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing key information.Maintains an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.Reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor procedures.Assists the VP of Marketing and Sales with expense reporting and travel.Assists with the onboarding of new hires for UK sales and marketing.Coordinates various personnel and administrative forms for the office and forwards them for processing.Performs other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and sales departments.Some national and international travel may be sporadically required.Minimum QualificationsEducation equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years of previous administrative experience.Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others.BenefitsFlexible working hours, competitive salaries, and numerous learning opportunities and internships.
