Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Naked Nutrition is a fast-growing premium supplement brand looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Marketing Project Manager with experience at a brand doing at least $50M per year to drive high-priority initiatives across our Amazon, Shopify, and internal systems.You’ll work directly with the CMO and lead the coordination, accountability, and optimization of marketing workflows, campaigns, and tests. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership for someone with at least 5 years of e-commerce, agency, or DTC experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end project execution across marketing: timelines, task tracking, team coordination, and reportingTurn strategic direction into briefs and actionable steps across Amazon, Shopify, and internal systemsRun marketing standups, maintain Monday.com workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracksManage cross-functional collaboration between designers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure A/B tests, campaigns, and reporting are executed cleanly and learnings are communicatedSpot execution bottlenecks and actively work to resolve themIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to speed up output and reduce errorsKeep team members accountable through updates, reminders, and clear follow-throughTrack KPIs and flag underperformance or anomalies before they become issuesRequirements5+ years of experience as a marketing project manager at a brand doing at least $50M in revenueExperience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (must be fluent, not just familiar)Ownership mindset to catch problems early, follow through, and fix thingsStrong written communication - clear and conciseFast executor with elite attention to detailComfortable managing people and driving accountabilityAbility to draw basic conclusions from data (e.g. test results, campaign performance)Organized and proactive: you anticipate next steps, not just reactExperience managing freelancers, designers, or agenciesStrong command of PM tools like Monday.com, Notion, or ClickUpNice to HavesExperience at a CPG brand in retailBasic design or video editing skillsLight copywriting ability for briefs, headlines, or internal contentFamiliarity with DTC reporting tools or KPI dashboardsHow To Apply: Please no cover letters.
