With over 300+ creators, original IP production and award-winning influencer campaigns they are super ambitious to ensure the agency is front and centre in the market.We are looking for a dynamic PR & Marketing Manager to take ownership of agency marketing and raise their profile across the industry. This is a broad and exciting role where you’ll lead on everything from social media, PR and thought leadership to award entries, pitches and press outreach.You’ll be the voice of the business, building relationships with trade press, keeping the website and socials fresh, amplifying client and talent successes and shaping compelling narratives that highlight their work. Working across all teams, you’ll ensure their wins translate into bold headlines and lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the agency’s social media channels, ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence.Lead PR and comms activity, including media outreach, press coverage and announcements.Build relationships with trade press and key industry events, securing coverage, speaking opportunities and wider visibility.Coordinate award entries across campaigns, talent and productions.Develop and deliver an effective email strategy, including newsletters and campaign communications.Produce thought leadership content showcasing our opinions on creativity, culture and content.Support and lead on pitches and presentations, ensuring our work and capabilities are showcased effectively.Produce and support the creation of marketing content — from BTS and case studies to reels and social-first content.About YouESSENTIAL - experience in marketing, PR or communications in a fast-paced creative, digital, or content-driven environment.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — able to turn great work into great stories.Confident engaging with press and industry stakeholders to shape narratives and secure visibility.Data-driven approach with a keen eye for what engages audiences across digital platforms.Passionate about entertainment, culture and the digital landscape, with the instincts to stay ahead of trends.Organised, proactive and able to work across multiple projects at pace.PLEASE NOTE - This is a full-time, office-based role in London (Paddington area)DetailsLocation: London, United Kingdom (office-based 5 days a week)Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and Public RelationsIndustries: Marketing Services
