OverviewAssociate Director - Data, Product and AI - ContractMarketing Operations & Growth Contractor (Part-Time - 3 Days a week)We’re looking for a technical, hands-on Marketing Operations specialist with a flair for growth marketing to join on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who can move between marketing automation, systems integration and performance marketing execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimise HubSpot workflows for sales-led and product-led journeys.Implement marketing automation to improve targeting, personalisation and efficiency.Integrate tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT into a streamlined ops stack.Build dashboards and reports to track ROI, funnel performance and attribution.Collaborate with brand and content teams to support campaigns that improve the self-serve customer journey.Lead and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube and new channels.Technical mindset, comfortable building automations, workflows, and integrations.Deep experience with HubSpot (campaigns, lifecycle stages, segmentation, reporting).Experience across both B2B SaaS (long, complex cycles) and ideally some B2C exposure (for understanding user journeys).Confident with tools like Zapier, n8n, AI/LLM integrations.Able to flex between marketing operations and performance marketing.Contract: 3 days per week (1 day onsite, flexible)Start: Within 2 weeksInitial term: Until the end of the year - could extend.QualificationsDeep experience with HubSpot (campaigns, lifecycle stages, segmentation, reporting).Experience in B2B SaaS and exposure to B2C user journeys is preferred.Proficiency with marketing automation, integrations, and performance marketing.Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards and attribution models.Employment detailsEmployment type: Part-timeSeniority: AssociateLocation: London, England, United Kingdom (onsite as needed)We’re not including any additional listings or unrelated postings here.
