Join us as a Marketing Operations BI Analyst. We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Marketing Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to join our global Marketing Operations team with a dedicated focus on regional support. In this role, you will partner closely with regional marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize lead management processes, and provide actionable intelligence that fuels growth. The ideal candidate combines expertise in applied analytics, marketing performance measurement, and business intelligence storytelling. You will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives that enable better decisions, more effective campaigns, and stronger regional impact. You will serve as the “voice of data” for regional marketing performance. Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics across the full lifecycle (planning, execution, optimization, and ROI reporting). Provide actionable recommendations to regional and demand teams, grounded in data-driven insights. Track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness. Attribution and ROI measurement across campaigns and channels. Segmentation building to develop target account lists and personas against key marketing initiatives. Provide insights on pipeline progression, opportunity influence, and marketing’s impact on bookings/revenue. Account-level intelligence to inform account-based marketing and sales strategies. Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations that influence decision-making. Create executive-level reporting and narratives that highlight trends, opportunities, and outcomes. Prepare and deliver insights for business unit readouts, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other executive forums. Partner with regional leaders to ensure marketing performance is effectively represented and aligned with broader business goals. Monitor and evaluate lead flow, conversion rates, and funnel health within the region. Partner with sales and demand generation teams to improve lead quality, routing, and follow-up processes. Recommend strategies for optimizing lead nurturing and acceleration. Drive a train-the-trainer model to enable regional marketing teams to self-serve and interpret data effectively. Deliver enablement sessions to demystify what the data means and how it can be applied to improve decisions. Document best practices and maintain knowledge-sharing resources for ongoing adoption. Work cross-functionally within Marketing Operations across pillars including Martech portfolio, Data Operations, and Content Operations to scale the team. Partner with Sales Operations to ensure alignment and data integrity, and with Digital Sales Operations and BDR/DSAM Sales teams to tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes. Support campaign planning by providing historical benchmarks and predictive insights. Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, streamline processes, and improve the impact of marketing data. Collaborate with global Marketing Operations to standardize and scale new analytics solutions across regions.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field with demonstrable experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or Business Intelligence within B2B; experience in an enterprise software company is preferred. Strong storytelling of data within readouts and dedicated enablement. Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua). Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills; familiarity with statistical analysis is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, and other business needs. The range listed is one component of BMC's compensation package, which may also include a variable plan and country-specific benefits. A reasonable estimate of the current range is £58,350 - £97,250.
