Marketing Manager Zendgroup owns and operates a growing portfolio of high‑performing businesses, including Zendbox – an eCommerce fulfilment provider, Zendpack – sustainable packaging solutions, and Prolife Distribution – a leading sports nutrition distributor. The Role As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Group’s marketing activity, managing a small in‑house team alongside freelancers and agencies. You’ll be instrumental in creating a content studio function to deliver campaigns that generate leads, build brand presence, and support sales growth across our businesses. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a blended team of permanent staff, freelancers and specialist agencies. Develop and implement a content creation studio to support a content‑driven marketing strategy. Manage and grow the Group’s social media presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice. Deliver integrated campaigns to generate daily and weekly leads across multiple Group businesses. Partner with sales teams to align marketing activity with lead generation and conversion targets. Provide day‑to‑day marketing support for individual Group businesses (campaigns, events, digital, PR). Manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and optimising spend. Report regularly on marketing performance, lead metrics and opportunities. Stay ahead of industry and digital marketing trends, bringing fresh thinking to the Group.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally in B2B and/or eCommerce sectors. Strong knowledge of digital channels including SEO, PPC, email and social media. Track record of creating and delivering lead‑generating campaigns. Excellent people management skills, able to motivate and develop teams of employees and freelancers. Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills. Commercially astute, aligning marketing activity with business growth objectives. Confident managing budgets, agencies and multiple projects at once. Skilled at reporting on metrics, data and insights.
