Its an exciting time to join our insurance business unit, and to support our growth we are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for new product launches. This is more than a marketing role, its your chance to own the launch and growth of brand-new insurance products, delivering campaigns that not only capture attention but also make a measurable impact on our business. As the marketing lead within our product launches, youll bring together insight, creativity, and commercial focus. Working at the heart of a collaborative team including Product, IT, Technical, Digital, and Customer Experience, youll guide go-to-market strategies from the very first spark of an idea through to successful delivery and beyond. We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. When you do come into the office, itll be with a real purpose in mind. Our marketing teams come together Monthly in either London or Folkestone, to collaborate and share success as a function.

Your responsibilities, will include: Working closely with both Saga and the product partner to align messaging, positioning, and timelines Create go to market plans that integrate brand, performance, CRM, and partner marketing efforts Oversee all marketing channels (digital, social, email & paid media) to deliver consistent and impactful campaigns Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous optimisation for maximum ROI Manage marketing database growth and engagement strategies to support lead generation Partner with external agencies, media partners, and distribution networks to maximise reach and impact Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand experience and operational readiness for product rollouts Act as the marketing subject matter expert for assigned products, providing insights to leadership on market trends and performance Track, measure, and report campaign performance against commercial objectives Use data insights to refine strategies, improve quote delivery, and enhance customer engagement

The Ideal Candidate Youll be an experienced commercial marketer with experience in leading product launches. You will thrive off delivering integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. Whilst experience working withing the Insurance sector would be of advantage; we would be open to considering candidates from any regulated industry. Other experience required includes: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. Strong leadership and project management skills Organised and strategic thinker Excellent communicator and stakeholder management skills (internal and external) Stakeholder management Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Multi-tasking and prioritisation Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technology vendors and strategic partnerships
