This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth in a fast-paced, mission-led organisation.As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, shape engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, and ensure the company’s digital presence reflects its leadership in HealthTech innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies across web, social, email, and digital advertisingManage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and ROIOversee website content and performance, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experiencePlan and create content across digital channels, including blogs, social, email, and videoLead video content production (short-form, explainer, promotional) with internal teams and external partnersDeliver compelling campaigns that support sales enablement and partner engagementMonitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategyManage agencies and partners, championing best practice in digital and content marketingWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for an experienced and innovative digital marketing professional with at least 5 years’ experience in digital and content marketing in either healthcare, SaaS, or technology. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and be confident across digital channels, from SEO and paid advertising through to content strategy and video production.
