Marketing Manager – B2B Scale‑Up We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of brand, content, and marketing operations at an ambitious B2B scale‑up. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own everything from the website and social channels to events and campaigns, helping shape how the company shows up to clients and the wider market. Responsibilities
Own the brand and content: manage tone of voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels. Run the website: oversee content, design, and SEO, collaborating with agencies when needed. Lead social: grow organic channels, maintain a content calendar, and tell stories that resonate. Plan and execute events: from breakfast seminars to industry conferences, handle end‑to‑end. Drive product marketing: help launch new products and translate positioning into compelling campaigns. Generate leads: aim for ~30 marketing‑qualified leads per quarter via content, events, and campaigns. Collaborate: work closely with growth, sales, and BD teams to ensure marketing supports commercial goals. Track and optimise: report on performance, experiment with new channels, and continuously improve results.
Qualifications
3–5 years in B2B marketing, growth, or content roles, ideally at a startup or scale‑up. Experience in market research, consulting, or insights‑driven sectors where storytelling matters. Hands‑on with websites, content creation, social media, and managing external agencies. Comfortable running a small team or working independently. Event management experience is a plus. Familiar with CRMs/marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar). Strong writer, creative thinker, and organised project manager. Data‑minded: able to measure and report marketing impact confidently.
