OverviewWe are offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional sports organisation as a Marketing Strategy Manager. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s marketing strategy, working across departments to support growth and operational effectiveness.Location: London – HybridWhat will you be doing?Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the organisation by supporting the development of priorities, KPIs, and departmental objectives.Collaborate with the business intelligence, insights, and leadership teams on departmental strategies and high-priority projects.Draft internal proposals and business models for new opportunities, products, or markets.Support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., youth engagement, international expansion) that require planning, evaluation, and project delivery.Conduct market and competitor research to identify key trends and potential areas of benefit for the organisation and its audiences.Proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.Lead on narrative development and presentation design for senior stakeholders, both internal and external.Analyse and keep up to date with industry trends, relevant legislation, and wider developments in the sports sector.Requirements – Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and organise data effectively. An interest in sport and an understanding of the commercial side of the industry would be beneficial. You’ll be adept at building strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
