Position OverviewFinning UK & Ireland are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our high‑performing Marketing team on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end–to–end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with Sales to coordinate campaign activities that drive performance and ROI.Develop and publish compelling marketing materials across multiple channels.Plan and implement promotional campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources.Maintain a strong focus on results, ensuring campaigns are executed with speed and precision.Oversee campaign planning and execution across UK & Ireland business segments.Ensure all marketing activities adhere to organisational processes and stakeholder expectations.Manage shared services, agencies, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality outputs.Develop integrated campaigns that demonstrate clear ROI and support strategic objectives.Champion a data‑driven approach to marketing, focusing on targeted communications and measurable outcomes.Monitor campaign effectiveness in collaboration with the Sales Excellence team.Manage a portion of the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost control and value delivery.Refine strategies based on performance insights to continuously improve campaign impact.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.Represent Marketing in cross‑functional initiatives, driving alignment and business growth.Maintain effective partnerships with Caterpillar businesses and external agencies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns at pace.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders to achieve results.Skilled in managing external partners to deliver value‑added work within SLAs.Strong influencing and negotiation skills across all levels of the business.Proficient in budget management and agency coordination.Desirable: CIM Professional Diploma, Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.Desirable: Experience in B2B marketing within sectors such as Heavy Plant, Construction, or Power.Desirable: Experience working in mid‑sized or large multinational organisations in a multi‑channel marketing role.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus.25 days holiday.Private healthcare, life insurance and up to 7% pension.Comprehensive benefits package.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerFinning is an equal opportunity employer.
