In this role, you will drive the company's marketing strategy, lead our content creation efforts, and deliver effective marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the agency's marketing strategy and activations (including outbound), leading the team and delivering effective campaigns focused on the UK and US markets- Create great content – and understanding how to make that content work for a given audience. This includes:
  • Own our TOV and make sure it shines through everything we do
  • Support planning and lead execution of interesting, high-engagement thought leadership content to support our growth objectives (working with writers, designers, and a PR agency).
  • Plan and manage snappy, strategic case study content
  • Manage both corporate and leader LinkedIn content, as well as corporate Instagram
    • - Own the content calendar:
  • Liaise with marketing leaders from markets to identify content and case activations
  • Cascade central efforts from Global
    • - Maintain the company website and keep content up to date.- Support our Business Development teams with account-based marketing (ABM) as needed.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and actively seek to make improvements to our marketing based on insights.- Manage the day-to-day engagement with external PR for Global, and maintain working relationships with other key regional PR agenciesWhat we’re looking for:Minimum requirements:
  • Extensive relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in marketing management, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Experience in managing corporate social profiles, inclusive of developing content and implementing best practices
  • Experience in managing external PR teams, or own PR agency experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with industry partners and vendors to plan and execute marketing efforts
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating and organising activities across our global offices
  • Creative thinker – focused on finding new ways to do things
  • Proficient in Hubspot and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Nice to have:
  • Experiencing using AI tools to support and improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness a big plus
  • Previous business development experience would be a bonus
