We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a specialist contractor delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the UK. In this role, you’ll shape the organisation’s profile as a trusted partner for challenging infrastructure projects, ensuring its expertise is visible to clients, communities, and industry peers

What we're looking for:

Proven B2B marketing experience (construction, engineering, or professional services preferred) Strong writing skills with the ability to turn technical detail into engaging stories Confident in creating video and photography for marketing use Proficiency across LinkedIn, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing, and CRM systems Competence with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with a proactive approachDesirable extras:

Experience with tender/bid marketing in regulated industries Knowledge of SEO best practice, GA4, and Search Console CIM qualification or equivalentWho you are:

Proactive and curious, able to spot opportunities without waiting for briefs Comfortable moving between construction sites, client meetings, and office environments The finer elements of the role include:
