OverviewKeyNest is a fast-growing technology company with offices in Paris and London, and most of our team works remotely. We’re known for our Airbnb key holding service, with a product line spanning hardware, software, and services sold to B2B and B2C customers across 18 countries and a dozen industries.We are looking for an ambitious, committed Marketing Lead to identify marketing opportunities with the highest potential. You’ll quickly grasp how prospects perceive their needs and position our product or service accordingly across multiple KeyNest offerings, target industries, and geographies. You will work alongside our digital marketing manager, who will support you with the technical implementation of campaigns.You’ll be working closely with both founders, and we are keen to give you space to be creative while we share our knowledge of our target industries. We pride ourselves on a very low staff turnover rate.We are more interested in you than your location. Hybrid working options are available from our London and Paris offices. Fully remote working is also possible from any European time zone, but you should be able to come to the London office for at least one week during the first month. This is a full-time role, and a long-term (multi-year) commitment is expected. We are not open to freelancers or candidates with a freelance mentality.ResponsibilitiesMarketing strategyFor each target customer group, develop a deep understanding of how they perceive their own needs and their problem-solving buying journeyDefine how each offering should be presented across all marketing channels, especially on our websiteSet criteria to assess the performance of each campaign and marketing channelTake the initiative, ideate and lead campaigns, and prioritise them based on past or historic performancePrioritise time effectively across channels based on impact on ROI or lifetime value generatedCollaborate with the sales team to align marketing with sales goals and improve the quantity and quality of leadsDevelop and execute email campaigns to target key prospects and work with sales to improve lead quality from email campaignsRequirementsExperience leading B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, particularly on low-LTV products or servicesCreativity, confidence and enthusiasm to lead initiativesEnjoys a challenge and is comfortable asking for help when neededExcellent communicator (written, verbal, visual) with the ability to write compelling copyEnglish proficiency at native level; fluency in French is a plusExcellent time-management and organisational skills, able to plan projects, manage resources and colleagues, and assess results autonomouslyBenefitsCompetitive salary based on your skillsetFast promotion based on performance and leadership qualityOpportunity to develop into a leadership position in a well-established scale-up with autonomy to build your own teamEntrepreneurial, fast-paced, team-oriented and fun workplace; can be based in London or Paris, or fully remoteIf this sounds like a role you could thrive in, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
