We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our integrated marketing strategy. This is an integral role with both strategic influence and hands-on delivery, blending stellar digital expertise with brand knowledge and campaign experience. You will work closely with partners, fee earners and the wider business development & marketing team to drive brand visibility and enhance the firm's reputation supporting the successful execution of our firm and BD & Marketing strategy.Role responsibilityIn this interesting and varied role, you will be across:Support the head of MarComms in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with firm's objectives and business development plans, particularly from a digital perspectiveCollaborate with partners, fee earners, and the wider BD team, supported by Communications and Marketing Executives, to create insight-led, measurable campaignsLead multi-channel campaign planning integrating traditional marketing, and digital channels to reach target audiences effectivelyDirect performance driven campaigns using a test-and-learn approach (including A/B testing), optimising for measurable ROIOwn the firm-wide content calendar, aligning topics with business development priorities and market opportunities to ensure timely, relevant, and coordinated output across all channelsConduct market research using insights to guide campaign development, strategic messaging, and thought leadership initiativesDigital & DataDefine and lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with firm goals, supported by the Digital Marketing ExecutiveDevelop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with firm strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and emerging technologiesEmbed digital best practice, leveraging SEO, paid media campaigns and social media to maximise reach, engagement, and conversionUse analytics tools (Google Analytics, Siteimprove, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM data) to report on performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-makingLead website strategy as a business development and client engagement tool, overseeing UX, content hierarchy, SEO, and conversion optimisationLead the end-to-end website replacement project, overseeing strategy, stakeholder engagement, UX design, content migration, SEO, and technical implementation to deliver a high-performing website that engages visitors and provides an experience of our firm that reflects our brandChampion digital innovation by piloting emerging tools, platforms, and techniquesLead digital capability-building across the firm through training, best practice, and knowledge sharingManage the relationship with our digital agency ensuring they work as an extension of our in-house teamProvide guidance to existing team members, help to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation, while empowering them to act as strategic advisorsWork closely with cross functional business services team to ensure marketing activity supports wider firm initiativesWith support from IT, own the marketing technology stack, including Passle, analytics tools, and integrationsDesign and deliver training programmes for lawyers and fee earners on LinkedIn, employee advocacy, and best practice digital engagementGovernance & Brand ComplianceEnsure all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal governance policiesCollaborate with risk, IT and cyber team where necessary to maintain consistency, compliance, and integrity across digital channelsAbout youIdeally you will be able to demonstrate;Proven experience in marketing within professional services or an agency environmentExtensive digital knowledge and experienceStrong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, and user experience principlesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing external agenciesPlease note that we are not accepting applications via agencies for this role at this time.
