As they expand across multiple geographies, you’ll be responsible for building a powerful global brand from the ground up. This is a pivotal role where your work will directly shape the company’s success. For the right candidate, this role carries the opportunity to grow into a company director position.What you'll doDevelop and launch the company’s brand world, language, and visual identity.Establish brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.Align marketing objectives with business goals to drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.Build and manage annual marketing budgets for maximum impact and ROI.Grow and lead the marketing team, providing direction and support.Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, content, and other channels.Select, manage, and collaborate with external partners including agencies, PR firms, and vendors.Measures of successCreation of a compelling brand identity and visual language.Effective implementation of marketing plans that raise awareness and drive growth.Delivery of key milestones contributing to visibility and reputation.Strong feedback from internal and external stakeholders on brand impact.Who you areHighly creative, with a genuine passion for impact and sustainability.Proven success in early-stage start-ups and go-to-market strategies.Experience in B2B marketing across multiple channels.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.Comfortable presenting to leadership teams and in public forums.Authentic, engaging, and self-starting.Able to disagree constructively and then commit.Confident without ego.Resilient and able to persevere when challenges arise.Excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful from an early stage.LogisticsLocation: London (4 days per week in-office, with some travel to Cambridge)What else?Potential participation in the employee share option schemeFlexible, high-energy team cultureSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing
