Marketing Manager Up to £40k Merseyside 5 days a week onsite Forward Role are working with a fast-growing consumer-focused business to recruit a Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for an experienced Marketing Manager or a Senior Marketing Exec looking for that next step. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising results. This is a tactical, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with B2C experience in consumer-led sectors who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Create and share engaging content across digital platforms to educate and connect with customers. Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and strategy. Track, analyse, and report campaign results, optimising performance and supporting lead generation. Assist with collateral, PR, SEO, referral initiatives, and other marketing activities as needed. What we're looking for: B2C marketing experience Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns in consumer-focused sectors Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, web content, and sales materials. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness, with the ability to measure and optimise campaign ROI. Self-motivated, organised, curious, and driven, able to work independently without close supervision.
