RequirementsAt least 3 years professional experience in marketing rolesWe don’t expect you to have worked in every channel, but we’re looking for someone who has strong skills and experience in at least a couple of marketing channels and areas and is eager to develop their marketing knowledge furtherA genuine enthusiasm for identifying growth opportunities using customer insights and/or data, and building marketing campaigns from scratch to take advantage of themA passion for creativity - both generating ideas and building on or working with the ideas of othersA doer who likes getting their hands dirty solving problems and making things happenStrong communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., freelancers, agencies, etc)Highly ambitious with the drive to push both the business and yourself to the next levelWhat the job involvesWe’re looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us achieve our growth plansYou’ll report directly to our CMO, Laura Woodhead, who has led marketing teams and campaigns across some of the world’s biggest and fastest-growing brands, and learn from our senior team who have built and run major companies in consumer techYou’ll work with our 3-person marketing team, focusing where the company needs you most. We operate across channels like PPC, Organic Social, Partnerships, CRM, Outdoor, TV, etc., and switch between always-on strategies and campaigns as neededWorking closely with our Head of Marketing, who leads performance efforts, you’ll help build our brand and increase understanding of Urban Jungle, while testing new ways to grow and retain customersYou should be able to rapidly grow your responsibilities as you and the company learn and evolveYou’ll play a key role in setting marketing strategy and identifying areas for growthCollaborate with the CMO and senior team to develop plans and long-term strategiesManage the end-to-end delivery of marketing tests and campaigns, including identifying opportunities, executing, and analyzing resultsUse customer and competitive insights to craft compelling marketing content, including writing copyWork collaboratively with product and engineering teams, as well as other departments, to implement initiativesDevelop and maintain relationships with third parties, briefing and working with creative teams to achieve optimal results #J-18808-Ljbffr
