OverviewIn late 2025 we completed our rebrand to position our offer for the USA, European & Sub-Saharan Africa markets. You will join us to drive our brand marketing in nerdy engineering markets, with the main KPI being Share of Voice. This is the first dedicated in-house marketer role with external support.Key ResponsibilitiesCopy & CommunicationsWebsite Management: Coordinate updates to the company website for audiences across the US, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa, liaising with internal and external teamsLinkedIn: Manage content gathering, scheduling, posting, and encouraging engagement from relevant employeesBrand Marketing: Support the rollout of campaigns that showcase our offer, customer stories, and thought leadership; adapt materials for different regions as neededVendor Management & Internal CoordinationWork with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing assets such as videos, case studies, and creative materialsCoordinate with RevOps to ensure marketing-generated leads are visible and tracked in the CRMSupport regional brand advocates with materials, coordination, and content needsAssist with planning and logistics of trade shows/conferences/events across the US, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa (a few per year)Reporting & InsightsPrepare regional reports on website performance, inbound enquiries, social media activity (LinkedIn), and campaign outcomesTrack competitor activity and share insights to inform future marketing strategyEnsure marketing activities align with brand guidelinesLog, track, and report inbound enquiries, handing over to Business Development when they become MQLsMonitor and report on Share of Voice across target regions using tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrushRequirementsExperience in B2B marketing where ICPs are often in the hundreds (not millions)Personal usage of LinkedIn, understanding of website analytics (we use CrazyEgg and GA4), and lead generation flow across different geographiesAbility to translate brand/demand/expand data to link marketing impact on the sales pipelineExperience working with external creative/media partnersData-driven with strong reporting skills to measure marketing impact on the sales pipelineCreative, self-starter with excellent organizational skillsBenefitsMake an Impact: Work at the forefront of industrial energy transformation and sustainabilityRemote Flexibility: Autonomy to work from anywhere within the Europe RegionGrowth Environment: Join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company with strong backing and a proven business modelTeam Culture: Be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and supportive international teamProfessional Development: Ongoing coaching, technical training, and growth opportunitiesAttractive Compensation: Competitive base salary and bonus schemesDetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: MarketingIndustry: IT Services and IT Consulting
