About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and digitally fluent Marketing Manager to lead social engagement and digital community-building strategies across key B2B platforms. This role will focus on nurturing professional communities, cultivating trust with decision-makers, and converting social interactions into high-quality sales leads. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to support growth objectives and build brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage professional B2B communities (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, industry forums)
  • Engage decision-makers and influencers to drive brand visibility and trust
  • Execute content-led strategies to generate and qualify leads
  • Create engaging, value-led copy for social posts, emails, and content pieces to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems to identify opportunities
  • Report and optimize lead generation KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline health)
  • Align content strategy with account-based marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership, insights, and case studies
  • Follow up on high-intent leads with targeted outreach, including occasional phone calls to qualify interest.

    Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven B2B lead generation experience, especially via social channels
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant B2B industry, with a strong focus on lead generation and client engagement.
  • Background in the energy or clean tech sector (e.g., EV charging, solar, battery) is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable managing community growth, content strategy, and performance reporting
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
