What we’re looking forWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale campaigns, driving growth, and supporting the team to deliver creative, data-driven marketing solutions. You will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring the team delivers high-quality content, brand awareness, and digital growth. You will act as the primary marketing leader, ensuring seamless collaboration across the team and other departments. ResponsibilitiesContribute to the definition of the marketing plan in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring its effective delivery and monitoring to grow our brands and generate quality enquiries for the sales team to convertExecute creative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, loyalty, and generate high-quality enquiries, overseeing projects from development to launchEnsure consistent delivery of the brand across all marketing communicationsDeliver engaging communication plans across all relevant marketing channels, including email marketing, to drive brand awareness and loyaltyImplement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversionsEnsure content production supports our portfolio of venues and services, driving enquiries and conversionsCollaborate with the team to execute and optimise digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketingUtilise data-driven insights to refine digital strategies, enhance user experience, and maximise ROIManage social media channels to effectively engage audiences and enhance brand presenceStay informed on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, applying innovative approaches where relevantWork closely with sales, development, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across all touchpointsCollaborate with the Design team to create engaging content that presents our brands to the highest standards, driving sales enquiries and conversionsEnsure alignment between marketing efforts and company goalsManage relationships with Heads of Spaces and other team members to ensure alignment and contribution to the marketing planMonitor and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion ratesUse data insights to refine marketing strategies and make informed adjustmentsTrack performance and monitor key metrics that align to marketing objectivesCapture and analyse data to create actionable insights, informing and adjusting the marketing plan as neededManage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective execution and strong ROI QualificationsYou’ll need to have: Proven experience in executing and managing marketing initiatives across various functions (content creation, digital marketing, brand execution)Strong experience in implementing multi-channel marketing strategiesProficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketingExcellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiativesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across teamsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingPassion for staying up to date with marketing trends and applying innovative strategies to drive growth Nice to haveExperience in marketing for venues, events, or cultural spacesFamiliarity with CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)Experience working with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies Note: This description omits extraneous job listings and site notices present in the original text.
