Marketing Manager

My client is a Hertfordshire based theatre, and they are looking for a Marketing Manager, with a solid marketing background, to manage a small team and promote the current and forth coming shows and productions.
Someone that has worked for a theatre company or with in the arts would be ideal, but a background in B2C marketing coupled with a passion for the arts would be considered. They are looking for a ‘doer’, someone that will lead from the front and set the pace of the team and provide the strategic vision moving forward.
They require someone with experience of driving the digital growth of a business, using a dynamic social media strategy and eye-catching content, they will oversee SEO, paid social and website optimisation and be across the analytics, to see what is working and what needs improving.
You will joining a really friendly team at an exciting time, as they are about to expand their facilities, and require someone to spread the word, as they have a brilliant array of productions and attract shows that then go on to play in the West End
