About the Job
Penrose Partners is hiring a part-time, contracted Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and execute campaigns for our clients. You will leverage your web3 expertise in digital marketing, managing paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing across platforms.
We seek someone who thrives independently and is passionate about blockchain and web3 technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media and Content Marketing
- Write engaging copy for various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord) using scheduling tools like Hootsuite/Sprout Social.
- Track and analyze social media metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create content and assets using Figma.
- Develop and run digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
- Manage budgets, bidding, and placements to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and creatives; experience with graphic tools like Figma.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on web3 marketing trends, blockchain tech, and crypto communities.
- Assist in developing web3-specific strategies, including community initiatives and token campaigns.
- Write copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Use HubSpot for planning, designing, and executing email campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Use SEO tools like Semrush to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research; optimize website content and landing pages.
- Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media analytics to track performance.
- Generate reports on metrics, campaign success, and ROI, providing insights.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of crypto/web3/blockchain ecosystems.
- Degree from a leading institution with strong academic and professional achievements.
- At least 2.5+ years in digital marketing, product, or strategy at a top-tier crypto or blockchain company.
- Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hubspot.
- SEO experience.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and trend identification in large data sets.
