About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage commercial marketing initiatives within a respected professional organisation. You will be responsible for developing and delivering cross‑channel strategies to drive growth in leads, conversions, and income. This role requires specialist expertise in modern marketing, digital platforms, and data‑led decision making, ensuring the organisation remains competitive, relevant, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Plan, design, and deliver integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
Technology & Systems: Review and optimise marketing systems and processes, including CRM, email marketing tools and CMS platforms, to maximise ROI.
Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement new marketing opportunities, campaigns and digital initiatives to enhance performance and commercial outcomes.
Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular performance analysis, campaign reporting and competitor insights to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing spend in line with agreed budgets and commercial objectives.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activity adheres to data protection regulations and industry best practice.
About You
Qualifications
Desirable: CIM, DMI or equivalent professional marketing qualification.
Experience & Skills
✔ Minimum of five years' experience in a marketing or communications role
✔ Proven success delivering multi‑channel marketing strategies from awareness through to conversion
✔ Strong analytical approach with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions
✔ Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeted marketing approaches
✔ Proficient with email platforms, social media management tools, CMS and analytics systems
✔ Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail
Experience using commercial CRM systems
Paid digital marketing (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads) and GA4
Line management or mentoring experience
