As a Marketing Manager at Global, you will join Global's dynamic Brand Marketing team and help grow some of the UK's most iconic entertainment brands. You'll lead marketing strategy and campaigns for Global Player, drive growth for flagship podcasts (including The News Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Live & Let Dyers), and support the wider portfolio, including Heart, Smooth, and more.
You'll create high-impact campaigns, build audience engagement, and work side-by-side with our Senior Marketing Manager to keep Global brands at the forefront of UK entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Brand Strategy: Develop and deliver marketing plans in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Campaign Management: Own projects end-to-end including timelines, budgets, stakeholders, roll-outs, and reporting.
- Creative Solutions: Generate fresh, innovative ideas and manage multiple briefs at pace across a diverse brand portfolio.
- Podcast & App Marketing: Shape strategy and branding for flagship podcasts and launch new titles; drive Global Player awareness and app downloads.
- Brand Guardianship: Safeguard and evolve brand positioning, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
- Media Buying & Agency Management: Oversee campaign delivery, manage external agencies, and optimise media spend.
- Talent Collaboration: Work confidently with presenters, artists, and management teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data and insight to refine activity and identify new growth opportunities.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience leading end-to-end brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong track-record turning data and insight into action.
- Creative flair with a track record of high-impact, audience-focused campaigns.
- Excellent communication and demonstrable stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Proven experience with media agencies and leading paid ATL campaigns.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, with a love of learning.
- (Desirable) Experience in podcast or app marketing.
