This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, expanding our digital footprint, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audiences in an increasingly competitive landscape.KEY RESPONSABILITIESCompany Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets for all three pillars of the business (Events, Travel, Creative).Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools.Support the management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.Brand Management & Optimisation:Maintain and evolve the Total Management brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Monitor brand health and perception, proactively addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for enhancement.Develop and implement strategies to reinforce our unique value proposition and industry leadership.Drive thought leadership initiatives, including content creation (blog posts, articles, case studies) and speaker opportunities.Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.Manage and optimise all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Curate and create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve strategy and tactics.Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.Website Management:Oversee the content and performance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.Implement strategies to improve website traffic, user experience, and conversion rates.Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management to optimise future marketing efforts.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the events, travel, and creative teams to understand their needs and develop integrated marketing campaigns that support their business goals.Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialised marketing activities.SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESProven experience (3+ years) in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the events, travel, or creative industries.Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with all major social media platforms and their respective analytics.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling copywriting abilities.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience with PR and media relations.Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Experience with video content creation and editing.WHY TOTAL MANAGEMENTWe strive to be an equal opportunity employer, providing career development and growth with competitive salaries.
